Non‑members purchase a daily game pass, which grants unlimited time in the Game Zone for that day. To play, check out any available game at the register, enjoy it at your table, and return it to the register when you’re finished; there are no time limits while you hold the pass.
No. Non‑members can play any day we are open by purchasing a single‑day game pass. Memberships offer additional benefits such as reservations and members‑only events.
No—walk‑ins are welcome during open hours and can play anytime. Reservations are only required for large parties that need multiple tables or for events that have limited seating.
Yes. Members may reserve specific games for a designated time block; the reserved game will be held for them for that time. Non‑members should check availability on arrival or ask staff for assistance.

Not at this time. We do not offer overnight rentals. Some games and items are available for purchase in‑store.
Yes. We host member event nights and public workshops—check the Events calendar for dates and details. Member‑only events are free for members; public workshops typically require registration and a fee.
Members enjoy a range of perks designed to make every visit easier and more rewarding. Each membership includes one free guest pass per month, exclusive discounts on in‑store purchases, and access to members‑only events. Members can also reserve games and tables in advance, ensuring their favorites are ready when they arrive.
We are not a daycare. Children who are old enough and responsible enough to be left unattended in a public space may remain in the store alone; otherwise, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Outside food is not permitted. We have vending machines on site for snacks and drinks; please use those or purchase items we offer on premises.
A reservation fee applies only to bookings that require multiple tables for large groups. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made no later than one business day before the event. For example, a Friday event must be canceled by Thursday; a Tuesday event must be canceled by the previous Sunday (we are closed on Monday).
If you receive a game with missing pieces, notify staff immediately so we can remove it from circulation and order replacement parts. Reporting issues at the time you check out the game helps us keep the library complete and playable.
Absolutely. We welcome donations of bricks and lightly used board games. Please contact us or bring items to the store so staff can review and accept donations.
Yes. The Brainery Bricks & More operates under Braingagement LLC, which has a nonprofit subdivision. Donations made through the nonprofit can be issued a tax‑deductible receipt upon request.
Yes—suggestions are welcome. Popular requests may be ordered and added to the library when demand justifies the purchase.
We sell select items, including our 3D‑printed games. Ask at the register for current items available for purchase.
Use the Contact page to upload a photo and include the desired size and any other details in your message. We will reply within one to two weeks with a cost estimate or follow‑up questions.
Once project details are finalized and pricing is agreed upon, typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks.
Yes. Refillable gift cards and store credit are available for purchase at the register.
